For the legs of the condom critter when you reach the second foot it says to break the yarn leaving 3yd/3.3m tail.

I don't deal in yards so left the 3.3m tail. It was ridiculously too much. When I made my next critter I left half as much and there was still heaps left over.

When I make my next one I might actually measure the amount left over to work out how much to initially leave.

Cotton here in New Zealand is quite exspensive compared to wool because we have to ship in in from the states!

On the ball gag, you seam the sides from the end towards the middle, then the ball slips in to the middle, which will overlap around the ball, kind of like the flaps on a pillow sham? It's easiest to do it with the ball in place, so you can get a nice snug wrap.

I have 2 questions. Your note at the end of errata says to drop you a line with any questions, but I don't see any way to do that. so... I'm going to leave my questions here.

question 1: At the end of the baby blue ball gag pattern on page 95, it says to overlap and seam ends up 4" in on either side. I can't figure out if you mean from the end towards teh middle for 4 inches leaving an open area in the middle to put the ball into. Or seam the middle up and slip the ball in the side. It must be the latter, right?

question 2: On page 101 it says "If you're not a free former by nature, you can find simple patterns for all of these ideas and pictures, plus instructions for casting on around a D-ring at naughtyneedlesknitting.com That's actually what brought me here. But I haven't found those instructions anywhere. I've looked through all of the free patterns. And I just don't see them anywhere. ... Is there somewhere I'm not looking? Did I miss them?

[...] Knitting: I’ve done none of late. Wah. Nikol, on the other hand, has been knitting up a proverbial storm in preparation for the Naughty Needles Burlesque Revue (details in link) on the 13th. I really want to go if I’ve got the energy on Friday night. Alas, my body kind of gives out around 9:00 these days and I’m not good for much more than hanging out on the couch. We’ll see. (We’ve talked to another couple about going with us, but they’re pregnant with TWINS, so they’re playing it by ear too.)
Is there an errata on those saucy criss-cross gloves? I count 41 stitches altogether in row 17 of the thumb, but in row 18, there are mysteriously 2 stitches fewer.

I'm wondering if it should say to BO 19 stitches in seed?

I'm looking forward to seeing how this clam outfit finishes up!
I was just looking at a pattern for a knitted pastie online and thinking how there should be more of it.

I'm mad about knitting and burlesque so a knitted burlesque has me fascinated. I'm going to be lurking impatiently to see the finished results.
